Hello friend. I just want to let you know how much I appreciate watching your videos. I am working on myself finally at almost 60 and what you say many days hits home. Then at times when something is happening in my life I literally can hear you with words I need to hear and I push forward. Just wanted to let you know that what you do helps me understand things about myself in many ways. And makes me think about things differently!!Just wanted to say thank you for what you do!!! "Jay " I am grateful for you support and openess. You give me the strength to keep fighting when I feel like I cant. And when I reach the end of my rope I dont tie a knot in it. Knots always have a way of becoming undone. I just keep doing the work. And YOU taught me how to do that. An amazing example of honesty, integrity and love. ~Cindy.

JayI’ve been meaning to thank you for a post you made a few days agoAs you might have seen I recently retired after 42 yrs of supporting the AF, 21 active duty and 21 as a Contractor Anyways, I found myself wondering if I was along the right decision to retireYour post absolutely nailed it and I believe deep down was the basis for my decision Thank you!! -DG
Here is the post you made;
If you stay in environments where people don’t recognize the value of you, you will shrink your gift to the size of what they can stand. And that causes anxiety and depression and stress.
Staying in rooms where your value isn’t recognized teaches you to dim your own light. You don’t lose yourself overnight you lose yourself inch by inch every time you make yourself smaller to make others comfortable.
