Creative Therapeutics
One of the things that helped me during some of the most difficult times of my life, was being creative and expressing myself through my artwork. Finding the therapeutic elements of that process and coming up with new and engaging ideas while practicing my drawing, painting and digital art skill sets brought me greater clarity through the fog of things that had challenged me so much for so long.
I highly reccomend it for anyone, even if youve never drawn or painted anything in your life.
