265 Pounds and rising...
This is me in 2016, I had been struggling with weight gain, poor diet, lack of proper exercise or any exercise at all and just a very low self image and it was all taking its toll on me.
2018, I believe I was at my heaviest, I was over the 265 lb mark I had previously documented. I had difficulty walking and my hips and knees were no longer holding up under the weight. Still I had not made the decision to change my circumstance.
